Deliveries

a. Shipping Policy

  • We deliver to locations both locally and internationally.
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping charges vary based on the order size, weight, and destination, and are displayed during checkout.

 

b. Delivery Timelines

  • Local deliveries: 5-7 business days
  • International deliveries:  5-7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

 

c. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

d. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery at sakrani@arasisters.com.
  • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Refunds

a. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Products are damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Incorrect items were shipped.

 

b. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within  7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

 

c. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at sakrani@arasisters.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. If eligible, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

 

d. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the original item (if eligible for return) and place a new order.
